In line with the ethos of Tata Group enriched by the trust and experience of Tata Steel, Tata Steel Business Delivery Centre Limited (TSBDCL) embarked on its ambitious journey back in 2018 as the Global Business Solutions Centre catering services to the Tata Steel group. Our highly capable workforce of approximately 200 professionals are engaged in providing service excellence out of two locations viz. Kolkata & Bhubaneshwar and are on a growth trajectory striving to attain peak in the next few years. Our global service delivery model is based on three pillars- People, Process & Technology and we are on a path of continuous improvement through digital adoption through Analytics COE and Digital Process Excellence.
